Find the factory or organization account page by navigating to Supply Chain and selecting Factory List or Organization List from the left-hand navigation menu.
Account Types
There are two types of accounts in the Supplier Compliance Management system. These include:
- Factory accounts available in the Factory List
- Organization accounts available in the Organization List
Once a new brand has been added to the system, they can add factory and organization accounts to their supply chain. This can be done manually or you can contact your CSM to help with the import template.
Account Information Page
Every factory or organization account has an account information page. Edit fields under the Private Information section.
- Note: The capability to add, edit, delete, and manage the account information is controlled by your assigned security role
After clicking on a factory or organization account:
- The account’s general information, such as name and address, appears below the brand’s name.
- The factory or organization’s account designation appears at the top. This may be blank depending on whether the brand uses designations.
On the account information page:
- Information
- Users / Contacts
- Account Association
- Assessment Related
- Self Assessment
- Custom Fields / Upload Files
Information
The Information tab contains:
- Factory Information such as location and phone. This information is public.
- Private Information such as status, external ID, tier and product categories. This information is only visible to the individual brand.
- Other Information including industry. Please note that the ability to create or edit these fields is limited to the brand owner of the account. If you are unable to edit the field, reach out to your CSM to request a change to the factory information.
- Worldly Subscriptions showing the facility’s active Worldly platform subscriptions.
- Certificates and Registrations is where you can add documents for a specific factory by selecting the plus symbol in the upper right corner. This information is not private and can be viewed by other members who are using the facility.
Users / Contacts
The Users / Contacts tab contains:
- Factory Contacts: Use this to manage any contacts associated with this factory or facility.
- Member and Organization Contacts: Use this to manage contacts with other brands and organizations associated with this facility.
Account Association
The Account Association tab contains:
- Account Associations: Use this to add associations to internal or external accounts.
- Member Association And Collaborators: Use this to grant other brands and their internal users.
Assessment Related
The Assessment Related tab contains:
- View Recent Assessments: This window lists recent audits and assessments and is used to conduct a search.
- Requests and Scheduled Visits: This window is related to the Calendar function.
Self Assessment
The Self Assessment tab contains a table where you can view all self assessments.
Custom Fields / Upload Files
The Custom Fields/Upload Files tab contains:
- Custom Fields: Use this to create fields relevant to your needs.
- Upload Files: Use this to upload image files, such as JPEG or PNG format.
