Navigation
You can navigate to a factory or organization’s account page to view related audits and assessments from:
- The Factory List or Organization List
- Favorite Accounts
Factory List or Organization List
- Navigate to Supply Chain from the left-hand navigation menu and select Factory List or Organization List.
- Search for the factory or organization related to the audit or assessment. Click here to learn how to search for a factory or organization.
- This reveals the Factory account page.
- On the account page, select the Assessment Related tab.
Favorite Accounts
If you have the account tagged as a favorite, you can also navigate to an account page by:
- Selecting the Dashboard from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Under Favorite Accounts, select the account.
- This reveals the Factory account page.
- On the account page, select the Assessment Related tab and find the assessment from the View Recent Assessments table.
Assessment Related
There are two sections on the Assessment Related tab:
- View Recent Assessments
- Requests and Scheduled Visits: This section is related to using the Calendar. Click here to learn more about the Calendar.
The View Recent Assessments section lists recent audits and assessments.
- Search the table using the search bar.
- Sort the records using the arrows.
- Expand the number of records listed.
- Click on this button to reveal the Choose Assessment window.
Choose Assessment
There are two tabs on this window: Available Assessment and Assessment Timeline.
In addition, use the following buttons to view and edit information related to audits and assessments. These are related to viewing assessments and findings and discussed in more detail in the Assessment articles.
- Create Collaboration Cap
- CAP Tracking Chart
- Edit All Open Issues
- View All Findings
- Print/Save
- Create New Assessment
Available Assessment
To conduct a search of records listed on the Available Assessment tab:
- Filter the records using the four filters under Custom Search
- Search using the freeform text field
- Sort the records using the arrows
- Expand the number of records listed
Assessment Timeline
On the Assessment Timeline tab, audit and assessment records are listed by year and month.
To conduct a search of records listed on the Assessment Timeline tab:
- Select the Assessment Timeline tab.
- On the Questionnaire dropdown menu, select the type of audit or assessment.
- Select the year and month.
Management Tools for Audits and Assessments
There are several audit and assessment management tools available on the Choose Assessment page:

Questionnaire Alarm/Ready: Used to turn alerts On and Off. When the setting is On the assigned login user(s) will receive alerts
- Assessment Status: Used to set the status of the audit or assessment to Complete or Incomplete
- Edit: Used to edit audit or assessment information
- Active/Inactive: Used to set the status of the audit or assessment as Active or Inactive
- Assessment Access Control: Used to assign read/write or no access to accounts
Creating an Audit or Assessment
Create a new audit or assessment on either the Factory Information or Choose Assessment pages.
To create a new audit or assessment:
- Click the plus symbol
- Choose how you want to create the new audit or assessment by selecting Manual Entry or Upload PDF Report
- Note: A brand can edit these options in the security role permissions by going to the Permission Setting tab and clicking on the Audits category.
- The other options are Duplicate Assessment or Create Assessment [Create Assessment from CAP]
Manual Entry
After you’ve selected Manual Entry, enter data in these fields.
Fields with an asterisk are required:
- Due Date*: Enter in the assessment due date
- Questionnaire Name*: Select the relevant questionnaire
- Select Auditor*: Select the auditor responsible for this assessment
- Assessment Purpose: Select the assessment’s purpose
- Assessment Description: Enter in the assessment’s description
- Click Create once you’ve entered all relevant information.
Upload PDF Report
After you’ve selected Upload PDF Report, the PDF Upload Configuration window appears.
Fields with an asterisk are required:
- Type*: Select the relevant questionnaire
- Due Date*: Enter in the assessment due date
- Upload PDF Audit*: Drag and drop the file into the window. You can also browse for the file. Only PDF files can be uploaded.
- Select Scan & Detect Findings.
Editing an Audit or Assessment
Audits and assessments can be edited in several locations on the platform:
On the View Recent Assessments tab:
- Navigate to Supply Chain and select Factory List or Organization List from the navigation menu.
- Search and select for the factory or organization. Click here to learn how to search for a factory or organization.
- On the account page, select Assessment Related.
- Under the View Recent Assessments tab, select the edit icon by scrolling to the right.
- Note: If you do not see the Edit button expand the work space by clicking on the Hide Navigation button at the top of the page.
On the Available Assessment tab:
- Navigate to Assessments and select Choose Assessment from the navigation menu.
- Under the Available Assessment tab, select the edit icon in the Action column.
On the Assessment Timeline tab, select the record ID.
All three of these pathways lead to the All Findings page, where you can view the Assessment General Information tab and the Findings Page tab.
On the Assessment General Information tab, there are five editing options:
- General Information
- Custom Data Fields
- Import History
- Upload Files and Photos
- Offline Alternative
On the Findings Page you can:
- Use Print to PDF
- Use Edit Findings
- Use the search bar and filters to find an audit or assessment
- Click on a findings record
