After logging in, the dashboard is displayed on the home page. The User Information Window is found in the upper right corner, while the brand affiliation name is in the upper left corner.
On the User Information Window, view the following:
- User Role
- Member Affiliation
- My Account
- Profile
- Sign Out
Member Affiliation
If you have affiliation with multiple brands, you can access a list of brands by clicking on Member Affiliation.
To open another brand’s home page, select the brand’s name.
The name in the upper left corner of the brand’s dashboard changes depending on the Member you select.
Depending on the user security role permissions assigned to you, the options in the navigation bar, account information, and the capability to interact with elements of the account may have also changed.
My Account
To access information related to your parent account, click on My Account. In this case, the login user’s parent account is “Compliance Mgmt Demo Account”.
- Regardless of the brand you are logging in with, clicking on My Account will show the account page for the member information window you are logged in as.
- The information available and the capability to create, edit, add, or delete information is dependent on your security role permissions.
- Note: The active account is now listed below the brand name.
Profile
To access information related to your profile, click on Profile.
The Profile window has three information tabs.
- Login Information
- Personal Information
- Account Information
The capability to edit some of your personal information (ex: Security Role Name) is dependent on the security role permissions assigned to you by the brand you’re currently logged in with.
Login Information
On the Login Information tab you can:
- Edit your email address
- Password
- Security Role
- Active/Inactive/Locked status
Personal Information
On the Personal Information tab you can edit:
- Your name
- Location information
- Phone information
Account Information
On the Account Information tab you can edit:
- Your job title and department
- Login type
- Parent account
- Batch mail toggle
- Click on the “i” to explain how Batch Mail works.
- No: You will receive an email for each notification that contains the full content of the update
- Yes: You will receive one email at the end of the day with a list of all the notifications for that day
- Note: This option only contains the alert category. You will need to login to access the full content of the notification.
