Recommendations
- Review local labor laws and ILO standards to identify all legally required facilities.
- Conduct an internal assessment to check for any missing or non-functional facilities.
- Install adequate toilets, drinking water stations, break areas, medical rooms, and emergency exits as required by law.
- Ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of all facilities.
- Display facility access guidelines so workers are aware of available amenities.
- Conduct worker feedback surveys to identify additional facility needs.
