Step 1
To create an InCheck report through The BHive, you must first have an account in The BHive
- If you do not have a BHive account, click here to learn how to create a BHive account.
Step 2
You will also need to have a ZDHC Gateway account.
- If you do not have a Gateway account, click here to learn how to get a ZDHC Gateway account.
Step 3
Once The BHive and Gateway accounts are ready, log in to your BHive account and navigate to My Profile from the left-hand menu.
Step 4
Click on Subscription, followed by Apply.
Step 5
To continue, you must accept The BHive terms of use for the ZDHC Performance InCheck Report
Step 6
Log in with your ZDHC Gateway Credentials or ZDHC Gateway Access Key-Login
Step 7
Fill out the application.
Step 8
After filling out the form, you will receive an email notification about the status of your request. You can also check your application status under Subscription in the My Profile section of your BHive account.
Step 9
Once your subscription is confirmed, you can create the first Performance InCheck report.
Navigate to My Inventory, followed by Overview in your BHive Account.
NOTE: The InCheck reports can only be generated in Monthly Summary Inventories.
To learn how to upload your chemical inventory list, click here.
Step 10
Next, choose the month for which you want to create the Performance InCheck report, then click on the Summary inventory.
Step 11
Now, open the monthly summary and confirm that you have completed the inventory of this month. This will active the Create InCheck Report button.
Step 12
When you click the Create InCheck Report button, you are required to log in.
- Log in with your ZDHC Gateway Credentials Login
- Log in with the User Access Key obtained from your Gateway account
Step 13
If this is your first time using the InCheck services on our platform, select Confirm to purchase the ZDHC InCheck subscription.
Step 14
At the top of the page, you will get a preliminary evaluation of your chemical products according to their ZDHC Gateway Levels.
- Please note that formulas are not shown in these pie charts.
- Please note that these pie charts show the status of matching – if you match more chemicals (Step 17-19), more data will appear.
- Please re-check these pie chats when all chemicals are matched.
Duplicate Formulas are excluded from the report and the pie charts.
Out-of-scope chemicals are automatically excluded from the list and the pie charts based on The BHive General Usage in Factory Category as these are not required by ZDHC Gateway to submit the InCheck Report.
Step 15
Double-check automatically excluded chemicals, you can click on Restore Excluded chemicals.
You have the option to Add Back the chemicals into your InCheck.
NOTE:
- Always double check your chemical list in case any out-of-scope chemical has not been recognized and is automatically excluded.
- You can always manually exclude all out-of-scope chemicals by following the instructions in Step 16.
Step 16
Please check your inventory for any chemicals that are not in ZDHC InCheck scope:
- For example: Bulk / Commodities, Lab / Testing chemicals, Cleaning agents / Maintenance chemicals, Developing / Cleaning printing Screen
Delete these chemicals by selecting the trashcan under the Action column.
Step 17
Next, make sure that all your chemicals are:
- Matching with the corresponding Gateway entry
- The consumption data was introduced
Step 18
Check for automatic PID matching. If you added a ZDHC PID in your BHive CIL, the system will automatically match it with the ZDHC Gateway entry.
Double check these matches by comparing your BHIVE Information with the matched ZDHC Gateway information:
Step 19
Search for a match by using ZDHC PID. For chemicals that do not have a ZDHC PID in your BHive CIL column, please click the chemical under the Gateway Chemical column to search for the right match.
NOTE: This can be the case for chemicals with a crowdsourced match (green check) and no match (red check)
Check if ZDHC PID is available on ZDHC Gateway. If you do not have the ZDHC PID available, please check if the chemical is registered in ZDHC Gateway, and search for the PID there. Select the blue link to access the Gateway portal as below
- Visit https://www.my-aip.com/ZDHCLogin/Login
- Sign in to your ZDHC Gateway account
- Type in the Chemical Product Name in the search bar
- Find the ZDHC PID in the product overview
Step 20
If the chemical is in the Gateway with its corresponding PID:
- Copy the ZDHC PID that you found on ZDHC Gateway into the search box and click Search
- The system will suggest the match on the right-hand side
- To confirm the match, click on Match.
As a result, the System will show the match, including the ZDHC Gateway Level in a preview:
If you don’t find the chemical and its ZDHC PID in the ZDHC Gateway:
- Click on Crowdsourced Search
NOTE: Any “crowdsourced“ chemicals will not have any Gateway Level information. This means, it will not be verified on your InCheck report!
-
The system will let you search for variations of the name of the chemical name.
-
Option 1: If a crowdsourced match is found, click Match
-
Option 2: If no crowdsourced match is found:
-
Click Enter Create Crowdsourced
-
Match the manufacturer of your chemical with a known manufacturer on the Gateway or enter details for a new manufacturer.
-
Confirm Chemical Attributes and click Next.
- Select Confirm to create the chemical on the Crowdsource. It will automatically be transferred to your InCheck inventory.
-
Click Enter Create Crowdsourced
-
Option 1: If a crowdsourced match is found, click Match
Step 21
Next, submit your InCheck report:
- You can submit the Performance InCheck Report only if all chemicals are matched, either with existing Gateway chemicals through ZDHC PID or by 'Crowdsourced' match.
- Please make sure to double check your matches before submitting. All chemicals without PID and ZDHC Gateway Status will show as Not Evaluated in your ZDHC InCheck report.
Step 22
Once the ZDHC InCheck Performance report is submitted, you will be automatically redirected to the ZDHC Performance InCheck Page, where it can be viewed.
Did you include all the required information?
Before you confirm completeness, make sure to double-check the following information:
- Name of the Chemical Product - In English
- Formulator Name - In English
-
General Usage in Factory
- The General Usage Indicates if a chemical is included in the InCheck evaluation or not.
-
The volume - Consumption or Delivered quantity on The BHive
- If you want to generate a Usage InCheck report, please include Consumption.
- If you want to generate a Delivery InCheck report, please include the Delivered Quantity.
Making sure you stay within the Deadlines
Please keep in mind that you can only generate the InCheck Performance report within 41 days after the end of the respective month you wish to submit. This is a ZDHC restriction, we cannot adjust the deadlines.
You can review the InCheck Scope in the Performance InCheck Guideline here.
PID Information
- From January 1, 2025 onwards, you can only match chemicals with ZDHC Gateway by using the ZDHC PID.
- If you have previously matched ZDHC Gateway chemicals, we can transfer these for your convenience.
- We can also transfer “crowdsourced” matches. (à crowdsourced means that in the past there was no ZDHC Gateway chemical available)
-
To ensure you do not miss any new Gateway chemicals, double check these crowdsource chemicals and search if a PID ID is available:
