Navigation
Navigate to Configurators and select Assessment Report Configurator.
Creating a New Report
Create an assessment report template by:
- On the Assessment Report Configurator page, select the plus symbol.
- Enter the Report Title and select Save. This creates a new assessment report in the table.
- Select the pencil icon to make edits to the report.
- The Report Configurator tab will open with the name of the assessment report that’s being edited.
Report Configurator
The Report Configurator has three sections including:
- Report Sections
- Report Workspace
- Member Logo
Report Sections
There are seven optional sections available for a report, including:
- Cover Page: Choose what to include on the cover page.
- Factory Information: Choose what information regarding the factory you want included.
- Country Information: Choose what information regarding the country you want included.
- List All Questions: Choose which questions you want included.
- Remediation Issues: Choose which remediation issues you want included.
- UCR Report(s): Choose which UCR Reports you want included.

Recipients: Add internal and external recipients of the report.
Report Workspace
Selecting each section reveals each section’s report workspace.
Cover Page
- Change the report name
- Choose to include Factory Contacts on the cover page
- Choose to Display Remediation Issues on the cover page

NOTE: If you toggle the slider to Yes, click on the dropdown list and choose the remediation status.

- Choose to display the report in a single or two column format.
- Select the items to include other information on the cover page. Active items will be highlighted blue.
- Once complete, click Save and Next.
Factory Information
Use the following directions to choose available columns.
- Select the information field(s).
- Select the single arrow.
- If you want to include all information fields, select the double arrows.
- Selected columns will populate in the Columns Added section.
If you want to move columns up or down:
- Select one or more fields
- Select the up or down arrows
- Select Save to save your work
- Select Save and Next to move to the next section
Country Information
Use the following directions to choose available columns.
- Select the information field(s).
- Select the single arrow.
- If you want to include all information fields, select the double arrows.
- Selected columns will populate in the Columns Added section.
If you want to move columns up or down:
- Select one or more fields
- Select the up or down arrows
- Select Save to save your work
- Select Save and Next to move to the next section
List All Questions
Use the following directions to choose available columns. List All Questions and Remediation Issues are associated, meaning changes made in one will automatically change fields in the other.
- Select the information field(s).
- Select the single arrow.
- If you want to include all information fields, select the double arrows.
- Selected columns will populate in the Columns Added section.
If you want to move columns up or down:
- Select one or more fields
- Select the up or down arrows
- Select Save to save your work
- Select Save and Next to move to the next section
Remediation Issues
Use the following directions to choose available columns. List All Questions and Remediation Issues are associated, meaning changes made in one will automatically change fields in the other.
- Select the information field(s).
- Select the single arrow.
- If you want to include all information fields, select the double arrows.
- Selected columns will populate in the Columns Added section.
If you want to move columns up or down:
- Select one or more fields
- Select the up or down arrows
- Select Save to save your work
- Select Save and Next to move to the next section
UCR Report(s)
Use the following directions to choose available columns.
- Select the information field(s).
- Select the single arrow.
- If you want to include all information fields, select the double arrows.
- Selected columns will populate in the Columns Added section.
If you want to move columns up or down:
- Select one or more fields
- Select the up or down arrows
- Select Save to save your work
- Select Save and Next to move to the next section
Recipients
To add internal recipients:
- Toggle Include Internal Member Factory Contacts to Yes. Select the Picklist button
- Select contact(s) in the Picklist for Recipients Names Individuals window.
To add external recipients:
- Enter the recipient's email address in the Other Recipient(s) window.
- Once finished, select Save.
Member Logo
To add a Member Logo to the assessment report:
- Select the plus symbol
.
- In the Add New File popup window, select the Choose File button to upload. Make sure you add a description as well before selecting Save.
- Your file is added under the Member Logo window.
