In order to ensure that you receive emails from Worldly regarding your account, upcoming trainings, and other product updates we recommend adding the Worldly.io domain to your email whitelist or safe senders list. Please see the links below for instructions on how to update your whitelist for various email providers. Whitelisting the entire domain is preferred but if you require IP addresses please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or submit a ticket to our Support team.
