What's changing for facilities?
Four subscription plans are now simplified to three. FEM and FSLM subscriptions are now priced the same. Facilities can now get a 15% discount applied to multi (2) - year purchases.

Can I purchase subscriptions for multiple facilities on their behalf?
Yes, a brand can purchase subscriptions for facilities. However, upgrades to existing subscriptions cannot be purchased by brands for facilities at this time. To upgrade your facility subscriptions, submit a ticket through support.worldly.io.
Our facility aims to complete each assessment type on different timelines; FEM in April and FSLM in July. Does the new complete subscription restrict the full value of the plan before it expires?
Not at all, the subscription plan remains valid and active for a full 12-month period from purchase. If you purchase in November, or any time that allows you to complete your FEM in April, you will have up until 12 months from your purchase date to also complete the FSLM as well and can comfortably complete it by July.
Can the FEM or FSLM be purchased on its own, independently of any of the subscription plans?
You can only purchase assessments within the subscription plans provided. If you have purchased the standard plan for a FEM and would subsequently like to also access an FSLM, you may consider upgrading your subscription to the complete plan through our subscriptions page.
Which subscription package is most recommended for purchase by a first time facility user?
If you expect to do both FEM and FSLM, the Complete plan is best. If you only expect to do either FEM or FSLM, Standard. If you just need FDM or FFC custom, then Light. More details on which plan to buy here: https://support.worldly.io/hc/en-us/articles/21455302902555-Facility-Subscription-Plans
If you're not sure, consider starting with just the Light or Standard, as it will be possible to upgrade at any time from the subscriptions page if additional assessments are needed.
In case you will be doing your first FEM, you may want to consider opting for the FEM Foundations as a lighter version of the assessment at the cost of the full.
If I bought a Light/Standard package earlier this year, and now need to upgrade to Standard/Complete, will my earlier subscription payment count towards my new subscription?
Please note that upgrading your subscription does not extend your account's current subscription validity.
In order to extend the subscription validity, you need to renew the subscription instead of upgrading.
The renewal option will show as early as 180 days before the subscription ends.
- So for example, if your subscription date ends March 30, 2026, the earliest the renewal option will show is November 1, 2025.

What is the cost of the verified FEM 2024?
The cost to access the verified module (vFEM) is included in the subscription plan. The costs associated with the verification exercise are negotiated directly between you and your selected Verification Body, outside of Worldly.
Does the subscription price include everything for verification process?
No. Verification costs are negotiated directly between you and your selected Verification Body, outside of Worldly.
Is there a limit for Cascale members on the number of assessments that can be shared by or received from suppliers?
All subscription plans come with unlimited shares, verification, and CSV exports of data. There is no limit to sharing or receiving for Cascale members.
I'm a Cascale member, do I receive the module for free?
No. Cascale members receive a discount on their Worldly subscriptions. You will need to purchase a Worldly subscription to complete an assessment or have one shared with you.
I'm a member manufacturer, how do I access the assessments that are included with my Cascale membership?
Starting on Nov 7, Cascale manufacturer members will not receive free assessments to allocate to their facilities. Each facility will need to select and purchase a Worldly subscription that meets their needs. There is also an option to purchase subscriptions on behalf of your facilities.
Is there any discount to purchase FEM this year? Is there a discount for suppliers purchasing the tools before the end of the year - as in previous years? Can I get a discount if I just pay for FEM alone?
There is a 15% discount available for the purchase of a two-year subscription. However, there is no "early bird" purchase discount on the Higg tools this year. There is no discount if you just pay for FEM alone.
Is there any discount if we purchase the FEM together with the FSLM for 2024?
The FEM and FSLM can be purchased together on the Complete subscription plan. There is no discount offered on this purchase.
Regarding the verification access fee, is the $300 USD charged for each assessment?
Cascale only manages Verification Access Fee for Higg FEM verifications which is $300 USD
When should I buy FEM2024?
New plans will be available for purchase starting November 7, 2024.

No, subscription years are consecutive.

Why does it show a pending payment when I login?
The pending payment banner serves as a reminder that you have an unpaid invoice. If all of your invoices have been paid, please contact support.worldly.io to investigate and help resolve this.
My country has payment restrictions. How do I pay?
Worldly offers multiple payment methods including Alipay, Credit Card, and Wire Transfer for international purchases. If you are not able to pay using one of these methods, please submit a ticket through support.worldly.io.
How will I know if my payment has been received?
Once full payment is received, the pending payment banner will be removed. If it has been more than 5 days since the payment was made and the banner remains, please contact support at support.worldly.io.
What happens if I don't pay my wire transfer invoice?
Unpaid subscription plans are terminated and any input data is deleted.
What if I need to change my payment method?
There are several factors in changing the payment method. Please contact support through support.worldly.io about the options for changing payment methods.
Why has my account been declined?
Accounts can be declined for multiple reasons including past-due invoices, duplicate accounts, etc. Please submit a ticket to support.worldly.io for help to determine the reason.

No, the new subscription plans no longer include free assessments.

The FEM can be shared with an unlimited number of customers and industry partners. There is no additional fee for sharing this year. To receive shares, you have to purchase at least the Measurement subscription.
If I purchase the FEM, how do I change to FSLM? What if I accidentally chose full FEM instead of FEM foundation, can I get a swap for a new module?
Submit a ticket through support.worldly.io to have your assessment changed to FSLM. If this is your first year completing the FEM, and you mistakenly selected full FEM instead of Foundation when you started your assessment, then you can contact support through Support.Worldly.io to have your assessment updated to Foundation. The price is the same for FEM and FEM Foundation.

I don't need FSLM anymore, can I downgrade my subscription?
No. Downgrades are not currently supported.
What is FDM? Can I buy it instead of FEM?
FDM is Facility Data Manager, Worldly's monthly data capture tool for collecting frequent, standardized, primary data at scale. This is a separate offering from the FEM (Higg Facility Environmental Module) and cannot be used in place of the FEM. However, the data you share via FDM can be transferred to your FEM, making your annual completion of FEM easier.
How many FDM subscriptions do I need to buy to have enough for the year?
FDM is included in all plans, so you only need one subscription for FDM.
I don't need to use FDM, is there a plan that does not include that?
FDM is included in all plans, at no extra charge.
I only need FFC custom assessment, which plan should I purchase?
For FFC custom assessments, purchase the Light subscription package.
I want to use Product Module, how do I purchase access? Is product module included in any of the plans?
