Is the product module included in any of the plans?

No. The product module is available for purchase separately from facility subscriptions.

 

I only need the FFC custom assessment; which plan should I purchase?

For FFC custom assessments, facilities should purchase the Light subscription package.

 

Can I purchase subscriptions on behalf of multiple facilities?

Yes, a brand can purchase subscriptions for facilities. However, upgrades to existing subscriptions cannot be purchased by brands for facilities at this time.

 

Does the adoption tool include the tracking function within FDM?

Yes, it does. Brands can manage facilities filling out the FDM the same as they manage facilities submitting a FEM.

 

What is the Facility Data Manager (FDM)? Can I buy it instead of the Facility Environmental Module (FEM)?

FDM is Worldly's monthly data capture tool for collecting frequent, standardized, primary data at scale. It is included in every facility subscription plan and cannot be purchased separately as a replacement for FEM.

 

The cost for Facility Subscriptions has increased annually. What improvements have been made to justify this?

Many facilities had no price increase this year, or will even get a price decrease if they choose to renew for two years. We continue to invest in features and functionality that offer greater ease of use, and higher data quality and facilitate stronger partnerships between brands and facilities, like FDM.

 

When will the new pricing take effect?

New pricing and packaging for brands went into effect on September 15th, 2024.

 

For brands opting for the Measurement plan, is any communications support included?

Brands who submit a facility list will be given one kick-off email. No additional communications support is included with the measurement plan, other than the proposed templates which brands can choose to use as they prefer. 

 

Is the API connector included within the new service plans or as an additional stand-alone?

API connectors are now included in the Engagement and Impact plans. They are no longer being sold as a stand-alone capability. 

 

Are education and e-learning course access included in the service plan?

Access to standard e-learning courses will be included in Measurement and Engagement plans. Semi-customized e-learning courses are available to those on the impact plan. Fully customized e-learning courses are available as an add-on starting at $25k USD depending on scope and what the brand needs. 

 

What differentiates "full" adoption services for brands from "light"?

Light adoption services include 1 initial list upload for FEM/FSLM or FDM, standard monthly email communications, and access to workshops to help drive supply chain engagement. 

Full adoption services include 3 list uploads and 3 semi-customized email communications in addition to the standard monthly email communications, and access to workshops to help drive supply chain engagement. For more information, contact your Account Manager.

 

What's changed for brands in the latest subscription offerings?

There is no more unlimited sharing of assessments. Pricing is based on number of shares received from facilities (each assessment counts as a single share). There are now light services for the most basic plan - Measurement - for all brand customers. All customers at that level will have shared support on kicking off adoption programs. There are also no more limits on MSI and PM items. 

Brands have 3 different plan options: 
- Measurement (all access to all Higg Index tools and FDM, lite services) 
- Engagement (same as measurement, + full adoption services and analytics, but no dedicated CSM, part of a pool of CSMs who will help) and 
- Impact (full custom adoption services including custom communications and reporting and dedicated CSM)

 

Can I see the total cost across my Cascale membership and Worldly platform access for each plan?

Your account manager can show you a detailed breakdown of your costs. Your invoice from Cascale will show the cost of membership as well as your Worldly access fee for the Measurement product. Your Worldly invoice will show the individual cost for each additional product.

 

What is the price of FDM, and when can we purchase it?

FDM is included in every plan, and every facility subscription plan also includes FDM data sharing. 

 

Which Worldly service levels or plans include access to FDM?

All facility subscription plans include access to FDM, providing tools for regular data tracking and sharing.

 

As a brand or Cascale Member Manufacturer, is there a purchase plan available to include factory data for all or specific facilities?

Yes, the ability to aggregate FDM data is available in all plans. For detailed options and pricing, please contact customer support.

 

Is FDM access included in my Cascale Member Manufacturer membership?

The ability to aggregate FDM data is available in all plans.

 

Are there any bundled purchase or discount options for Cascale members?

Cascale corporate and candidate members get a 25% discount off the Measurement plan. The additional cost of the Engagement or Impact plan is not discounted. 

 

Does the 25% Cascale discount apply to all members or just corporate members?

The discount applies to all corporate and candidate members. This discount does not apply to Cascale affiliate members. Cascale verification bodies have different pricing.

 

I'm a Cascale member; do I still have free assessments to give to facilities? If yes, how many?

The allocation of free assessments for Cascale members has changed. Plans no longer include free assessment subscriptions to grant to facilities. For current details, please refer to the Platform Subscriptions page or contact customer support.
