How to access your course completion certificates

In the Worldly Learning Center you can receive certificates of completion for the courses you have taken. In some cases you may be required to provide proof that you have completed a course to a partner organization, follow the steps below to access your completion certificates. 

 

Access a certificate through the course

  1. Login to the Worldly Learning Center (Instructions here: How to access Worldly's E-learning platform)

  3. Locate and click on the completed course, completed courses are green and indicated with a check mark: Screenshot 2024-01-17 at 4.48.29 PM.png

  4. In the pop up under the Outcomes section click to view or download the certificate: Screenshot 2024-01-17 at 4.50.01 PM.png

 

Access certificate(s) through your Profile

  1. Login to the Worldly Learning Center (Instructions here: How to access Worldly's E-learning platform)
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner of the page: Screenshot 2024-01-17 at 10.51.28 AM.png

FAQ

How do I change the name on a certificate of completion?

For your security and privacy, your account is intended for individual use only and should not be shared with others.

Certificates for completing e-learning courses are provided with the name of the user who completed the course. There is not a user limit for Worldly accounts so we recommend each user have their own personal account so that any completion certificates are appropriately assigned. If the user is no longer with the company, we recommend creating a new user account for new staff and deactivating the old account instead of re-assigning an existing account.
